On our way out of the park last night, where we saw the manatees, the gentle giants, we had a nice little surprise.
We looked up and saw a trail of smoke and what looked like maybe it was a rocket launch….
Which it was!!
Apparently SpaceX was doing a launch that day.
For some of the kids and adults on the trip with us (an hour there and an hour back) this was the highlight of the trip!
My 4 year old in particular was super excited, shouting about the rocket ship, the space ship, and how he wants to go into space when he’s older!
We wish we had known about it and stood there watching just a few minutes earlier to be able to watch the actual launch, nevertheless what we did see was amazing, and yes, Dave Linn, awe-inspiring as well.
Lesson for business?
Keep your eyes and ears open for new opportunities; for little surprises.
